Updating bios d600
You plug in the power adapter and press on the power button, but the computer will not react. By the way, the power jack (DC-IN jack) is the power socket on the side or back of your computer where you plug the AC/DC power adapter.
It’s dead and the power or battery charge LED will not light up. I’ll explain how to perform basic troubleshooting and find out what is wrong.
By the way, in some case the problem could be related to the fuse which is usually located somewhere very close to the power jack/harness connector. If the fuse is bad, the motherboard will appear to be dead even if there is nothing wrong with the power jack and AC/DC adapter.
Eventually, the processor overheats and the laptop turns off unexpectedly or freezes.
This problem can be fixed by cleaning the cooling module.
Some laptops give you an easy access to the heatsink and fan.
In laptops like that you can access the cooling module through the bottom cover. Otherwise, I wouldn’t be able to remove the fan and access the heatsink.
